Her name means permission; empowered by the All-Father to arrange unions others would deny. Lofn’s gentle and caring nature, yet a breaker of rules, often took risks for love. Here we honor her by joining sweet lavender and sour lemon in a delightful summer wine.

Lofn’s Gift Mead offers a rich, full-bodied flavor that lingers on your tongue. The delicate blend of lavender and lemon provides a refreshing and harmonious taste, perfectly balancing the sweetness of the honey with the tartness of the lemon and subtle floral notes from the lavender. The natural haziness of the mead is due to mild filtration, preserving its authentic character.
Ingredients
Crafted with local Colorado alfalfa and wildflower honey, Lofn’s Gift Mead uses Freyr’s Sail Mead as its base. At the end of fermentation, dried whole lavender pips, fresh-squeezed lemon juice, and lemon peel are added to create a balanced fruity and botanical flavor.
Appearance
This mead has a charming, hazy look, a result of its natural ingredients, minimal processing and the absence of added clarifiers.
Intensity
14% ABV, providing a satisfying warmth and depth with every sip.
